Agreement to these Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and The Mythos Company. If you use a service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Who we are
The Mythos Company is an AI research and efficiency company. We investigate model architecture, inference, context systems, and ways to run capable AI on practical consumer hardware.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your account credentials secure, and activity that occurs through your account. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without permission.
We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, our systems, or the public, or when you materially violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may use our services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You must not:
- use a service to harm, threaten, defraud, or impersonate another person;
- infringe, misuse, or violate the privacy or rights of another person;
- introduce malware, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass access controls;

- use an AI feature to make high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review and safeguards.
AI research and output
Our services may produce text, code, analysis, or other output using AI systems. Output can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
Our research materials and prototypes are provided for information and experimentation. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or security advice, and they are not a substitute for qualified review.
Your content
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the relevant service, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Ownership
The Mythos Company and its licensors own the services, software, research materials, visual identity, and other materials we provide, excluding content that belongs to you or third parties. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services and research materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that a service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mythos Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to your use of a service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of a service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
